  1. Hello Everyone!
I really don't feel like typing an email..... I do love all y'all, but typing things out sucks. This week has been good though! Almost got eaten by a land shark and swallowed up by lava. JK we did learn that the mission is getting spilt up differently then what we thought. Where I am at now will be part of the Detroit mission, so there's that. I also had a tic land on me this week! Oh and we had Elder Snow of the 70 come on Monday. We also helped the Bader’s with Family History.

Cool story with helping the Bader’s. I haven't really messed around too much with family history especially in the last like 10 months. I only really know the basics and that's thanks to Chayston Woods. Anyways, we were helping them and I was helping Brother Bader. We got stuck at his grandpa. Like we couldn't find anything past him. It was cool though because the Holy Ghost reminded me of something Sister Flannery did in ancestry and it was so cool. Which totally helped and we were able to get to his great grandfather. It was awesome! It just a simple little thing, but God cares about these people and He wants their work done just as much and they do. It was great!

    Funnies:
    • Got a tic on me
    • Sister Golden had a bug down her shirt

That's all I can think of right now because I don't have my journal with me.

Hope y'all have a great week!

    Love,

    Sister Barrow

Hello Everybody!

This has been a busy week! We had exchanges, zone conference, and we got to talk to our fams! What a blessed week this has been.

Exchanges were awesome! I went with Sister Larsen and she is a fantastic unicorn! She has such a strong testimony of Christ and His Atonement and how because of Him we can make it through a the junk that is in our lives! With her we did a lot of service. We cut down some trees and that was a party! Oh funny story with her real quick is that we were walking in a park talkin to our brothers and sisters and this guy was running we waved at him. Then realized he was wear a PARK CITY shirt! Sister Larsen and I said something about his shirt and he stopped running and started talking to us. He was like speed walking bc he was just running. We are like speed walking with this guy and teaching the Restoration of the gospel. Hahahaha I was slightly out of breath once we finished, but it was a good time.

We also had Zone Conference and that was a party! Got to see some of friends! Sister Maples, Sister Stratford, Sister Gravin, Sister Larsen, Sister Heaton, Sister Page, and Sister Wadley. Oh and President and Sister Brown, so it was a top notch party. Zone Conference was good! I learned a lot the spirit was super strong! President Brown talked about how he has been picking our new missions for us and it was so sad. Him and Sister Brown said, " It's like picking new parents for your kids." I love President and Sister Brown! I am sad that this is there last transfer. I know that I will end up in the right mission and that they will have fun being back home. They are amazing people and I love them!

This week we also got to call our fams! What a blessing that was! I got to see Forrest ginger beard and his long locks. Got to talk to Keats on her bday and now she is an adult - barf sauce! Got to see Kenz and Carson. Talk about mission stuff with Carson and work with Kenz. I also got to see all of the doggos! What a blessing! Then of course I got to talk to my wonderful parents. My dad wiggled his finger for me and my mom gave me a tour of the house. I even got to see outside! It was a such a blessing! My family is really awesome! I love them!

Okay now onto some funnies. So with the warmer weather here means bugs have started to come out and play. However, I do not like bugs and I really don't like spiders.... right now though we have a giant web sitting just outside our door. We both just duck around it. Hahahahaha. Sister Golden took a snow shovel to it the other day, but the spiders just rebuilt. Hahahaha. I believe that one of those spiders came into our house. Sister Golden went to go up stairs to grab something and screamed and stop at the step and yelled that there was a spider. I went and checked it out and it was a big guy! It was sitting in a place that you couldn't kill it on the steps, so we decide to gas it out. Our choice weapon was air fresher. We sprayed him, but he was a fighter and I screamed a lot. We got him to the surface and then I stepped on him and killed him. We both don't want to pick him up though hahahaha. He is still just sitting on the steps with a paper towel over him and the air fresher next to him. Hahahahaha. Another funny is that we had like 15 minutes before we had to head home for the night on Saturday and we needed to get gas, so we were going to get gas and we wanted to talk with a lot of people while we were there and there is this gas station that is always busy. We were like let's go there, so we can talk with all the peeps. We get there and it is a full service gas station....so we didn't even get out of our car hahahahaha. There went that plan. It was good though we talked with the guy that filled our car and gave him a pass along card and invited him to go check
mormon.org out.

It's been a quality week! Hope y'all have a great week!

Love,

Sister Barrow

 Hello Friends!

This week has been quality! We had exchanges, talked to a hippie man, got flowers, it was 80 degrees out, ate ice cream, msf refilled, and so much more that I can't remember.

Exchanges were a party! I got to go with Sister Gravin, who was my STL back in when I was in Alliance. It was great to be back with her! She is such a solid missionary! She also love Pooh bear so you know we are like BFFS! Like we should go to Claires and buy necklace. On exchanges we were able to pick up an old investigators and we are going to get the old Elders that taught her in on lessons. Technology is amazing man!

Funnies! We were contacting down main st in good ole Norwalk and we saw this lady with flowers and we are like we want some. She told us to go into this shop to get some. We walk in to this cute like store and this guy comes up with the coolest glasses I have seen and gave us some flowers. It was great, but then we still had like a bit of time. We just contacted with flowers on our way, there was this abandoned flower shop with a ton of cats in it. We asked a random person what it was about and they just were like oh it's been that way for years. Hahahahaha. Another time while we were contacting down main st on the other side we were walking down and randomly Sister Golden jumped and screamed a little. It was because of this creepy Ronald McDonald head in a shop. Hahahahaha the head is creepy! Oh one more! We had a cat get in our car. We were at a members house and we were about to leave, but then we forgot something. We accidentally left the car door open and one of their cats got in the car. I went to go back up and I just hear meowing. Hahahaha don't worry we got the cat out!

That's it for this week bc am gonna go play basketball
🤗

Love,

Sister Barrow

Enjoy 😃
